Our manufacturers and specialist supply partners have a number of Seal Maker machines that can manufacturer standard, bespoke and prototype fluid seals within 24 hours or sooner.
The seals are available in a variety of quality materials, including Elastomers: Nitrile (NBR), Viton (FPM/FKM), Silicone, EPDM, Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Aflas® and plastics: Polyurethane (AU), UHMW-PE, PEEK, PTFE, Polyamide (Nylon) and Polyacetal.
We can supply seals up to 520mm O.D. and larger sizes available upon request.
We supply hydraulic and pneumatic seal kits that can be identified by the OEM cylinder part number or drawings issued. We are also able to reduce your costs by replicating an OEM seal kit.
