Are you ready for the IE4 energy efficiency class?

Are you ready for the IE4 energy efficiency class?

A new European energy efficiency regulation has come into effect as of July 1st, 2023. This requires specific electric motor ratings to meet the IE4 energy efficiency class. Advantiv, now in partnership with Innomotics is dedicated to making this transition to IE4 both understandable and seamless for all clients.

This new regulation marks the second phase of the energy efficiency initiative, stipulating that low voltage electric motors with 2-6 poles and rated power between 75-200 kW must comply with the IE4 energy efficiency class as outlined by the IEC 60034-30-1 standard. However, it's not just the higher-rated motors that benefit from an upgrade. Motors with significantly lower power ratings can also achieve substantial energy savings and reduced running costs, alongside improved reliability.

Advantiv and Innomotics are committed to supporting businesses in navigating these regulatory changes, ensuring that the migration to more energy-efficient motors is as efficient and straightforward as possible. As part of this partnership Advantiv are offering a FREE motor energy efficiency survey, get in touch to book your survey today.
